"LINCOLN" - Leader/Team Dog

| For us, Lincoln was the 'eye opener' dog as to
what a sleddog 'can be'. We remember being totally wowed by
him at harness at 6 months. We had never seen a dog work as hard
as him, wish such speed and drive before. He is the dog who has
set the 'bar' for drive and desire in our future kennel. This is what
makes him awesome team member no matter where he is in the team. He moves nice at both gaits and loves
to lope. For his first 3 years in harness he lead our team in
pretty much every race. Now he is a main string team dog on our
"A" team and will be until he retires. We just have smarter, more
responsible leaders to race now. ;) He is a big goofball who has a ton of personality. A definite favorite for sure! |
