Terms of agreement:
1. The Buyer accepts the responsibility of caring for this kitten and providing properly for its welfare. The Buyer agrees that this kitten will always receive prompt medical care by a licensed Veterinarian, and will never be allowed to harbor parasites.
2. The Buyer agrees to provide companionship for this kitten, never leaving it alone for long periods of time without human attention. The Buyer agrees never to allow this kitten outdoors unless leashed and accompanied by a responsible person to supervise its freedom for its health and safety. If this kitten/cat is allowed outdoors all heath guarantees are null and void.
3. The Buyer agrees that this kitten will never be sold, leased or given to any pet shop, animal shelter, research laboratory or similar facility.
4. The Buyer agrees never to breed this kitten and to have it altered prior to reaching 8 months of age. We recommend altering between 6-7 months of age. A certificate of spaying signed by your vet is required. Once we receive the certificate we will send buyer the kitten’s registration papers.
5. The Buyer agrees never to de-claw this kitten, and understands that de-clawing is a mutilation and a cruelty that is likely to alter the kitten's temperament and health.
6. The Buyer agrees if any of the above terms are disregarded, that the Breeder may reclaim this kitten without a refund of the purchase price. The Buyer agrees to pay all court costs in Grafton County, NH if this contract is litigated.
7. The Buyer has 7 days to have this kitten tested for the FeLV/FIV viruses if desired. The Breeder guarantees that the breeder's cattery is FeLV/FIV negative, that this kitten is presently free of disease, and that this kitten will be accepted for a full refund of purchase price if returned within 10 days with a veterinarian's certificate that this kitten has a health problem. The Breeder warrants that this kitten is genetically sound, and will replace this kitten with another at no additional cost if this kitten ever dies of a genetic defect and that said defect is evidenced in a necropsy report presented to the Breeder. This includes HCM up to 5 years of age. The total liability of the breeder shall not exceed the purchase price of the kitten/cat.
8. The Breeder reserves the right of first refusal of this kitten from the buyer. If the Buyer can not keep this kitten/cat for any reason, the Breeder must be notified.
9. Buyer must notify Breeder of change of address, telephone, number or e-mail address.
Health Records: Wormed with Strongid 8 wks of age Vaccinated with PCT at 8 wks of age

*We recommend another vaccination at 12 wks.  Rabies at 3-6 months of age.
